Design Department run by two directors with strong experience and a broad client list.
Alexander Zavatskiy is a designer and art director with more than 10 years of work experience in graphic design and advertising. His work has been recognized by festivals like Cannes Lions, Golden Drum, Eurobest, Epica, ADCE, and numerous others.
Alexander Zazvonov has been working in the industry since 2011, completing over 50 branding and advertising projects. His projects won a number of industry awards both for design and creativity.
Method
Our method is tested on dozen of in-house projects and polished on top client work.
Step 1
Audit
Prior to approaching the project for a new partner, we analyse the actual situation: investigate business processes, tactical and strategic tasks, define specifics of company’s structure and existing design-assets.
Step 2
Research
Regardless the need to review or to develop brand strategy for the project, we conduct comprehensive desk research. We investigate market, competitors, clients and culture both from design and positioning side.
Step 3
Development
Based on the audit and research we develop brand strategy, defining what the brand will transmit to the audience. And last but not least, we create visual language, meeting the challenges of the company and communicating brand’s idea undistored.
Step 4
Cascading
We know that any system is transforming and goes though update with time. Hence, after development of strategy and identity, we help to implement it through business processes. We continue to follow up, maintain and take care of the system for its proper operation, accurate usage and help in economising resources.
